Write tests for importing assignments

When importing assignments into a new course, it seems like every year the feature breaks in some shape or form. Some cases to include in the tests: - Selecting `copy_files` but not `copy_grader` should copy all files except the grader - Actually checking that the files and grader are copied over correctly (including cases where files are binary)
