Excel export: add a Summary sheet (query, narrative, timestamp)

api.py's export_excel writes one data sheet. Add a first 'Summary' sheet carrying the original question, the narrative_summary, row count, and generation timestamp so the file is self-describing when it's forwarded around. openpyxl only — no agent changes.
