Top500 and Green500 emission factors

### Description
Emission factors are considering the national grid where computation occurs. Would be nice to have aTop500 and Green500 specific emission factors.
Additionally, could be nice to have a configuration file where a custom emission factor could be defined (e.g. defining the composition of the energy source used)
