Acceptance criteria:
- Bug template requests Kubernetes version, FabricOps version, installation method, CR status, and relevant logs.
- Feature template asks for the use case and expected behavior.
- PR template includes DCO sign-off, tests run, documentation impact, and breaking-change checks.
- Templates remain concise.
