The bundled curriculum is intentionally marked review-required before parish use. Acceptance criteria: - identify a qualified catechetical reviewer for each active grade - record reviewer name or role, scope, date, and disposition - resolve findings with source citations - update the canonical provenance inventory only after review evidence is committed Automated doctrinal checks remain guardrails and do not satisfy this issue.
