Unwrap "Contribute" (compare, open PR) popup

### Description Useless dropdown, both options point to the same page, except "create pull request" pre-clicks/expands the "create PR" form. Also the "compare" link is exactly the same as "1 commit ahead" 🤦‍♂️ We can replace the dropdown with a "Open pull request" button. Not sure where to place this though since `unwrap-unnecessary-dropdowns` doesn't exist anymore.
