Show more progress information during GoldDoers computation

**Context & Problem** In all the GoldDoers, the improvement is only made through log line from which it might be difficult to know the status of computation. Let's show more information on task progress! **Proposed Solution** I could think about: - how many samples are already processed - how many chunk are already processed - how many seconds since the start - how many loop over data already done I could be a mix between progress bars and a dashboard. This work deserve some thoughts on how we want to show it (directly in the terminal? side process with UI?) and some strategic decision are required. We could also start simple with a specific logging line giving the evolution.
