Make search trigger configurable (debounce vs Enter)

Currently the search field in SQLAdmin runs automatically after a short debounce while typing. This can be inconvenient when working with large tables or slow queries, as it triggers multiple requests during input. It would be helpful to make the search behavior configurable: keep the current debounce behavior (default), or trigger search only when pressing Enter. This would give better control over performance-sensitive use cases. Happy to help with a PR if this sounds reasonable.
