[Feature]: Add DefiLlama Protocol TVL & Yields Explorer Tool (TypeScript)

### Description Create a TypeScript tool in `tools/defillama_tvl_ts/` that queries the free DefiLlama REST API to fetch Total Value Locked (TVL), chain breakdowns, and top yield pools for DeFi research agents. ### Acceptance Criteria - [ ] Directory `tools/defillama_tvl_ts/` with `index.ts`, `metadata.json`, `package.json`, `tsconfig.json`, and `README.md`. - [ ] Parameters: `protocol` (string, e.g. `uniswap`, `aave`) or `chain` (e.g. `Ethereum`, `Solana`). - [ ] Returns current TVL, 24h change, and chain distribution. - [ ] Passes `python3 scripts/validate_tools.py`.
