### Description
Create a TypeScript tool in `tools/coingecko_trending_ts/` that queries the CoinGecko public API to fetch top trending search coins, global crypto market cap, and Bitcoin/Ethereum dominance metrics for market intelligence agents.
### Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Directory `tools/coingecko_trending_ts/` with `index.ts`, `metadata.json`, `package.json`, `tsconfig.json`, and `README.md`.
- [ ] Returns top trending coins with rank, market cap rank, and 24h price trends.
- [ ] Passes `python3 scripts/validate_tools.py`.
